Pip is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with 10 years experience working with children, adults and families. She values spending time with her clients to help them manage and meet their nutritional needs whilst supporting them to have happy relationships with food and their bodies
Pip has a special interest in infant, paediatric and adolescent nutrition and has worked with children and families in a variety of settings.
Her paediatric experience includes work in leading Melbourne, Queensland and New Zealand tertiary hospital and community health services with children with fussy eating, weight concerns, Type 1 and 2 Diabetes, cancer, eating disorders and allergy.

Preconception Nutrition advice for individuals and couples hoping to conceive.
Women’s Health: Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Endometriosis, GDM, Pre and Post Natal Nutrition, Breastfeeding nutrition and maternal elimination diets for babies with food allergy/intolerance
Metabolic conditions: Diabetes and Insulin resistance
Plant-based, vegan and vegetarian diets
Gut issues: Irritable Bowel Syndrome, FODMAPS elimination diet, Fructose Malabsorption, Lactose Intolerance, Food Intolerance, Food Chemical Intolerance/RPAH Elimination diet (for a range of symptoms involving the skin, respiratory, nervous, digestive systems etc.)
As a food lover Pip understands how important the enjoyment of food is to both your physical and mental wellbeing, and believes that all food has a place in your diet. Pip’s goal is to help you have a positive relationship with food and your body by taking a holistic approach to evidence based nutrition advice that is tailored to you and your families life stage, budget, goals, medical conditions, culture, activity levels and eating patterns.
In her spare time Pip loves cooking from her many cookbooks for her friends and family, surfing and yoga.
Pip is based on the Victorian Surf Coast and offers appointments in Geelong and Torquay.
